Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Customa Online website, game server, account services, and online shop. Last updated: October 13, 2026.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, downloading or using the game client, visiting the website, or connecting to the server, you agree to these Terms and the rules published for the service. You confirm that you meet the minimum age required where you live, or that a parent or legal guardian has authorized your use.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and authentication codes private and for activity carried out through your account. Tell the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not sell, share, or use accounts in a way that violates the game rules or applicable law.
3. Service availability
The website and game are provided as an online service and may be changed, updated, suspended, or unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
4. Rules and fair play
You must follow the server rules and must not exploit bugs, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other players, or use the service for unlawful activity. Report security issues or serious bugs through the official support channels.
5. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, players, or accounts, or in response to a serious or repeated breach of these Terms or the server rules. Where appropriate, we will provide a reason and a way to contact support. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
6. Points and purchases
Points and other virtual items are digital content for use in Customa Online; they are not money and cannot be redeemed for cash unless the law requires otherwise. The package, currency, and total price are shown before payment. Points are credited after the payment provider confirms successful payment. Prices and packages may change for future purchases.
7. Digital delivery, withdrawal, and refunds
Statutory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal and refund rights, continue to apply. If you request immediate delivery of digital content and separately acknowledge the legal consequence before checkout, the statutory exception to the withdrawal right may apply once performance begins, where the law permits it. See the information shown at checkout and contact support if you have a purchase issue. Nothing here limits a right that cannot legally be waived.
8. No warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The operator is not liable for indirect loss caused by events outside its reasonable control. These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited by law, including applicable consumer rights.
9. Intellectual property
The website, game client, artwork, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use them only to access and enjoy the service as permitted by these Terms and the relevant licence. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit them without authorization.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will publish the current version on this page. Material changes will be announced through the official community channels where practicable. Polish law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
